Wedding Reception at the Woodlands Country Club

The Virtual DJ Marc Evans celebrated with Michael and Heather at The Woodlands in Tamarac on Saturday december 1st, 2012. As they entered the main room,  Lavender LED Up Lights (provided by Eddie B & Company),created an awesome party atmosphere.  Once cocktail hour was over and 140 family members and friends entered the room to a beautiful Italian setting and up-beat music to create the partying mood. I lined up the bridal party and prepared for the grand entrance. I introduced the bridal party and parents to the instrumental version of Smoke on the Water.  The bride and groom danced into the room to We Found Love by Rhianna and then began the first dance to From this moment by Shania Twain. At the end of the song, the bride and groom asked that I play a minute into the song of Gangnam Style as they did a little dance routine and pumped up the crowd. I then proceeded to invite the brother of the bride to join his sister in the center of the dance floor for their dance to Dance with my Father by Luther V. The groom then invited his grandmother as they danced to A Kiss To Build A Dream On by Louis Armstrong. All the guests were seated and then we went into the toasts. Then the food stations were opened.After dinner the guests of bride and groom danced the remainder of the evening to Top 40, Disco Classics, & Motown. Line dances packed the dance floor because you don't need a partner for that. Cha Cha slide, Electric Slide, Cupid Shuffle and many more kept the crowd moving. From Hip Hop to Doo Wop, I kept everyone  on their toes. Off on their honeymoon to South Africa. For me the Virtual DJ Marc Evans, I will prepare for next weeks party in Boca at the country club for another wedding....Keep dancing and I'll see you at the next event,  DJ Marc Evans.
