Brandon and Faith Mintz celebrated their nuptial with 185 friends and family members at Tree Top Park in Davie FL. on 8/3/2012. The weather was great as the outdoor ceremony took place under a canopy with a live string trio supplying the ceremony music. After the ceremony the bride and groom along with the 25 member bridal party remained outside for pictures. All of the guests entered the beautifully decorated ballroom and immediately found their assigned tables. Brandon requested that the blessing of the meal be given by Steve Hills and for everyone to begin eating while they took pictures. The buffet style dinner consisted of Italian food and as everyone sat to eat the bridal party was introduced. Brandon requested that the bridal party enter to Without You by The Piano Guys and that he and Faith enter to Here I Am by Bryan Adams. Right after the intros, Micah (Brandon's brother and best man) made a wonderful speech that consisted of a very interesting family history lesson that a lot of the guests did not know about. As a tradition Faith's friend Julia placed a vase in a bag and proceeded to break it into pieces for good luck and lots of happiness for Brandon and Faith. Brandon requested that Faith dance with her father first to When We're Together by Mark Harris. Soon after Brandon and Faith danced the first dance to When You Got A Good Thing by Lady Antebellum on a Nimbus cloud effect provided by Eddie B and Co. Brandon wanted to surprise Faith with the cloud effect so we kept it a secret and she was very surprised. By this time everyone was finished with their meals and the dance floor opened up. Brandon and Faith provided me with a list of songs and asked that I take requests from the guests. Soon after Brandon and Faith cut the wedding cake and Faith tossed the bouquet to all of the single ladies. The dancing continued with the top requested songs being The Cha Cha Slide, Cotton Eyed Joe, The Electric Slide and plenty of country line dancing. The last song for the evening was The Good Life by One Republic. As I played the song everyone made a big tunnel with their arms and had Brandon and Faith go through the tunnel as their farewell. Great way to end the evening!! Congrats to Brandon and Faith Mintz and to the entire Di Pasquale and Mintz families. DJ Ray
