Wedding Reception at Volunteer Park
Megan and Richard Wallace celebrated their wedding at Volunteer Park in Sunrise, FL on 11/29/2025. The ceremony took place at a nearby church then all of the approximate 80 guests were invited to the venue for the cocktail hour and reception. Before the guests arrived I decorated the ballroom with 20 LED, wireless up-lights and dance floor lights all provided by Eddie B & Company. As all of the guests arrived they were treated to drinks and appetizers while awaiting the arrival of the happy couple. The grand entrance bridal party consisted of both sets of parents and Megan and Richard as they requested ELO's Last Train To London as the intro song. The first dance was to Until I Found You by Steven Sanchez then all of the guests found their seats and prepared for a buffet style dinner. Richard provided me with a playlist that included top 40, classic rock and Bollywood style favorites that had everyone filling the dance floor after dinner. The cake cutting ceremony took place as the evening progressed but it was the dance floor where most of the guests spent their evening. The closing song for the evening was Piano Man by Billy Joel as Richard gave an amazing karaoke performance that brought the house down...LOL.
