Sophie and Ryan Strobel celebrated their wedding at the Weston Hills Country Club in Weston, FL on 6/22/2018. The ceremony to place at a nearby church then all of the 120 guests were invited to the Country Club for the cocktail hour and reception. I played a mix of Rat Pack favorites at the cocktail hour while all of the guests mingled and enjoyed drinks and appetizers. Myself and Chris took the time to decorate the ballroom with 24 amber, LED, wireless up-lights, dance floor lights and our signature "Strike A Pose" photo booth all provided by Eddie B & Company. As the guests were invited into the ballroom I lined up the 18 member bridal party for the grand entrance. Sophie chose Another Day Of Sun by LaLa Land for the bridal party entrance and Sir Duke by Stevie Wonder for her and Ryan's entrance. The first dance was to Perfect by Ed Sheeran then Sophie danced with her dad to Daddy's Little Girl by Michael Bolton and Ryan danced with his mom to You'll Be In My Heart by Phil Collins. The toasts were given by Cecilia and Gabriella (maids of honor) and Byron and EJ (best men) then Sophie's dad Mr. Santis gave the welcoming speech. The blessing of the meals was given by Jacobo Salas then everyone found their seats and prepared for a 3 course meal. Sophie provided me with a play list that included top 40, latin favorites, classic rock, 80s hits and country. What a great mix of genres for these fun group of guests. The garter/bouquet toss and the cake cutting were performed as the evening progressed but the dance floor was the place to be!! I love it when the bride and groom dance the night way with their guests and family. The closing song for the evening was I've Had The Time Of My Life from the Dirty Dancing Soundtrack and everyone gathered on the dance floor with the happy couple for a final send-off...PRICELESS!!!
Congrats to Sophie, Ryan and the entire Strobel and Santis families.
Special thanks to the staff and management at the Weston Hills Country Club for their 5 star service!!
